salted caramels

Who doesn't love the combination of sea salt and
caramel?  Jacobsen salt, harvested from the cold
waters of the Oregon Coast, has a bright flavour
and delicate crunch making it the ultimate pairing
with this rich, buttery caramel. The end result is a
perfectly balanced caramel, both soft and chewy,
